A: The client portal is our virtual homebase, it where all active customers can schedule additional services, track scheduled services, pay for services and receive promotional discounts.
Q: Why did we go with a Client Portal?
A: We choose to go with the client portal because we are growing small business, and we needed a way to clean up our communication between our office and our customers and the client portal offer just that. Allowing us to have faster and clearer communication between clients and our office.
Q: How to use the Client Portal?
A: Active clients Login with their Email and Password once in, Clients can request estimates, add work orders, track recurring services, process credit card payments, all in one place. We request that once you are an active client that you use your portal as the main communication between us. This will help us reduce the stress on our phone system allowing us to better service all our active clients. Allowing our phone system to better service new customers.
