Lawn Maintenance
You can choose between weekly or bi-weekly services. It’s all about enjoying a consistently well-maintained lawn without any hassle; just a straightforward, reliable service for your outdoor space.
Consists of mowing, edging (around driveways, walkways, bed areas) and blowing debris off of concrete areas.
Shrubs/bush pruning can be added to lawn maintenance contracts of an additional cost.
We offer lawn maintenance contracts for:
-15-week lawn maintenance contract (bi-weekly from April-October)
-30-week lawn maintenance contract (weekly from April-October)
Pressure Washing Services
You can add our pressure washing service to any of our landscape management services.
-House Washing
-Roof Washing
-Gutter Washing
-Concrete Cleaning
Pressure washing service is offered March-November
Core Plug Aeration Services
Our aeration service depends on lawn type:
-Bermuda Lawns: April-June, September-October
-Zoysia Lawns: April-July
-Fescue Lawns: August-November
and can be added to our lawn maintenance contract
Topdressing Service
Our topdressing service is a great and natural way to keep your turf healthy throughout the growing season. It also helps to retain moisture during the drought season.
Our topdressing material is a custom mixture of compost, topsoil and sand. It’s a great choice for leveling lawns and helping new sod adhere to compacted surfaces. (recommended for all lawn types) March-September
Sod Installation
We offer sod installation from March-November
-Bermuda sod

-Tall fescue sod
Ornamental Grass, Shrubs & Tree Pruning Services
You can add our shrub pruning service to any of our services for a bundle of savings.
-Our crepe myrtle and small tree pruning services is a winter service we offer from December-March.
Mulch Installation
We offer a variety of mulch!
-Natural Mulch (non-dyed)
-Red Mulch
-Brown Mulch (Top Seller)
-Black Mulch
Mulch delivery and laying service from February-November.
Property Clean-Up
Property clean-ups are a onetime service and are not reoccurring.
Property clean-ups can include: (mowing, trimming, edging, pruning shrubs/bushes, and a general clean-up of clippings).
They can also include the hauling away of:
-Metals: (tin, copper, iron, etc.),
-Organic Matter: (tree limb, leaves, clippings, etc.)
Junk: (hot tubs, lawn mowers, swing sets, outdoor furniture, etc.)
-we do not haul away trash/bio-hazarders and we are not a dumpster rental service.
Property clean-up service is offered year-round.
Lawn Fertilizer Services
Our lawn fertilizer service is a great way to maximize your yard appeal during the growing season, improve lawn health and resistance to pests.
It consists of 6-8 treatments a year depending on grass type.
-Bermuda Lawns: March-November
-Zoysia Lawns: March-November
-Fescue Lawn: September-June
Gutter Cleaning Service
Our gutter cleaning service involves removing leaves either by blowing them out from the roof or hand-cleaning them while on a ladder.
We offer this from October-February.
Leaf Clean-Ups
-Mulching leaf clean-up service is where we blow out bed areas and mulch leaves in the yard: November-January.
New to Fall 2025: Blow and go drive-by leaf clean up service. The customers blow their leaves to the edge of the curb. We then come collect and dispose: November-January.

Our seasonal flowers are offered on a first come first service basis.
We install our flowers with an organic fertilizer to ensure the plants have the best nutrients from the start.
We pick the flower arrangement that best suits your property basis on the amount of sunlight they will receive. Just tell us what color scheme you would like and we’ll handle the rest.
Pine Straw Installation
We offer seasonal long needle pine straw delivery and spreading service. From February-November
Lawn Dying
Our lawn dye is a premium lawn paint that is environmentally friendly, pet safe, helps reduce chemical usage, and lasts up to 6 weeks. This will keep your lawn green throughout the cold winter and hot summer droughts. Available year round.
Rock Installation
We offer a variety of rock in decorative gravels and boulders
-Slate chips

-Alabama rose stone
-River slicks (2”-4”)

Landscape Management
You can choose between our 30-, 40-, or 50-week landscape management program. Our team takes care of your property with attention to detail, well-defined perimeters, and a commitment to keeping your property the cleanest in the neighborhood throughout the year. It’s all about enjoying and relaxing in your outdoor space, not hassling with it and wasting your time, giving you peace of mind knowing that we care for your property like it’s our own.
Our weekly Landscape management contracts consist of our weekly lawn maintenance, shrubs/hedges pruning, flower bed weed control and core plug aeration.
Lawn fertilization can be added to any landscape management contract.
We offer landscape management contracts for:
-30-week landscape management contract: (from March-October)
-40-week landscape management contract: (from April-December.) (Includes: leaf clean-up)
-50-week landscape management contract: (from March-February.) (Includes: leaf clean-up, 1x seasonal flowers)
-Reel mow landscape management contract: Consist of reel mowing lawn area twice a week.
-50-week commercial landscaping contract: (from March-February.) (Includes: leaf clean-up, 1x mulch or 1x pine straw, 2x seasonal flowers.) -recommend for HOA’s
